This was our brunch. Homemade spinach cream broccoli omelet.
My omelet. 6 eggs beaten, 1 tablespoon cream, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 cup fresh chopped broccoli, ground fresh pepper.
Spread some spinach cream on top of broccoli omelet. Fold over in oven for 10 minutes on 350 degrees F. Served with some left over spinach sauce and salad, topped with crispy Serrano ham.
