It's pretty simple to make.
1 cup warm water
1 package active dried yeast
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon light brown sugar
2 1/2 cup flour ( I used extra flour for kneading)
Preheat oven 375 degrees F.
I added warm water and yeast in a large bowl. Set aside for 5 minutes until became creamy. I stirred in salt, oil, and brown sugar. Mixed well with spoon. Then I added about 2 1/2 cup flour, knead until combined. Shaped into large ball, greased dough ball, placed in bowl, and covered. Set a side until dough double it's size. Half hour later I floured my work surface. Punched dough down and divided dough into 4 pieces. Knead, rolled with a rolling pin and shape into circle pizza shape. Added my topping. Fold dough and shape into calzone. Pinched and sealed the edges. Brushed olive oil on top. Bake in oven 375 degrees F. 25 minutes until golden brown. Serve hot. It's so yummy. The bread is semi crispy and flaky.
