Happy Friday! So today I treated myself with kiwi, marshmallow strawberry, and homemade Bourbon cheesecake filling dip. I caught one of my little one sneaking one of my cheesecake filling. She just climbed and sat on her father's office desk and didn't give a care in the world. She absolutely loved it.
Bourbon Cheesecake filling
200 grams Philadelphia cream cheese at room temperature
1/2cup sugar
1 tablespoon Bourbon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean
1 tablespoon vanilla powder
In a bowl combine and mix all ingredients well. Serve in a dipping bowl or in a fruit bowl.
