Dinner I made pork with homemade spinach cream sauce topped with crispy Serrano ham.
For my homemade spinach cream sauce.
2 teaspoon Flora plant margarine
1 package Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup måt fløte or cream
1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
dash of nutmeg
3-4 cups fresh spinach, steamed and drained
In a sauce pan on low heat whisk and combined margarine, cream cheese, broth, cream until smooth. Add well drained spinach to the sauce. Add nutmeg and lemon juice. Cook for about 4-5 minutes stirring occasionally.
