Homemade chicken soup with rice

I made this chicken soup with rice for my littlest one. She still wasn't feeling well with her teething. The soup helped her a bit. My son said this taste just like Grandma's chicken soup with rice.

Simple chicken broth I made earlier. Removed chicken from broth and put on a plate and set aside to cool.
I sauteed rice in a hot skillet with 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, stirred until lightly brown, then added garlic and onion. Stirred well. Added sauteed rice mixture into my chicken broth. Brought the broth to a boil, then simmer, cooked until rice was tendered. Seasoned with 3 tablespoons fish sauce, tablespoons sugar, salt and pepper for taste. Then I cut cooked chicken into bite size and set a side.

I poured broth with rice in a bowl, topped with cooked white meat chicken, green onions, chopped mint leaves, bean sprouts, slices of lime.
