Glazed Ham

Homemade glazed ham for Easter dinner. My family loves how I make my glazed. I only make this for holidays. My husband won't and can't stop asking for more. I just have to put my foot down. That's why I only make this twice a year.

I used Danish smoked ham that I bought while in Sweden.

Preheat oven 375 degrees F.

In a  lightly greased baking dish/roasting pan  I added my ham and diced potatoes, carrots, onions, celery. I rubbed a little brown sugar on top of my ham. Poured enough water into the bottom of the roasting pan to come to a 1 inch depth. Seasoned vegetables with salt and pepper, drizzled with a little olive oil. Covered with foil. Bake in oven for 1 hour

For my glazed I used Dijon mustard, molasses, ketchup, brown sugar, honey, seasoning sauce....

I brushed glazed mixture onto my ham. Removed foil and baked for another half hour and added more glazed. Baked until vegetables had tendered. Took ham out of the oven and let meat rest for 10- 15minutes and sliced. Served with roasted vegetables, and homemade baked mashed potatoes.

Ham came out delicious.
