Ham & Aspargus pork roll with homemade creamy mushroom sauce

This is for my husband when he come home from work. I made this specially for him because he's a wonderful man. Plus he loves pork and asparagus.

Lightly steamed asparagus and 80grams Serrano Skinke. Skinke means ham in English.

Sliced thin pork loin, seasoned with little salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and other spices. Then seared pork loin on each side for a minute or two.

Serrano skinke on the bottom, seared pork loin in the middle, and another Serrano skinke on top.

 Steamed 2 asparagus on top.

Rolled and pinned with toothpicks.

Panned fried with light olive oil not too much, added a little broth covered and simmered. Removed cover, turned over, and cook for 4-5 minutes

Remove from pan, waited 8 minutes to slice. Served with homemade mushroom cream sauce and steamed broccoli.
