Cambodian marinaded pork chops

I made Cambodian marinade pork chops. I usually make these during summer grilling. It is so yummy. Serve with hot rice & Cambodian sweet and spicy sauce.

1 tablespoon olive oil
3 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon finely grated peeled fresh ginger
2 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons palm sugar or light brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Salt & pepper
4 boneless pork chops

Put pork chops in a large container or plastic bag and set a side.

In a bowl add the first 8 ingredients, mix well, than pour marinade sauce over pork chops, cover and refrigerate it 4 hours or overnight.

Seasoned with salt and pepper. You can grill, bake, or fry them and serve with hot rice and salad.
