Mini bluberry cognac chocolate cheesecake tarts

This is heaven in your mouth. It's absolutly delicious and it perfect for gathering. I would make more of these in the future.

I melted in a sauce pan on medium heat and whisk 2 tablespoon butter, 1/2 cup heavy cream, 300 grams Lys Koke sjokolade (semi sweet chocolate bars for baking) Whisking the chocolate until melt and took off stove and add 1-2 tablespoon cognac. Let it cool for 10 minutes.


My cheesecake mixtue. 200 grams Philidelphia's cream cheese, 1 cup sour cream, and 1/2 to 1 cup sugar, and 1 tablespoon flour.


I filled in my mini tarts with cognac chocolate sauce and then added on top my cheesecake filling and topped it off with fresh blueberries.


Here you have homemade mimi blueberry cognac chocolate cheesecake tarts. These are so yummy and filling. I also dipped strawberries in the cognac chocolate glazed too. So yummy. Don't eat to much of these.
