Homemade breakfast

My husband wasn't feeling well this morning. So I made him a delicious Sunday morning breakfast because I'm such a good wife and I want him to feel better. Heart shape egg and toast, mini homemade pancakes with blueberries, homemade home fries, bacon, sliced tomatoes and on the side fresh brewed coffee and orange juice.

Recipe for my home fries

6 potatoes cut to small bite size
1 small chopped onion
1 clove minced garlic
1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 tablespoon paprika
salt and pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne
2 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 tablespoon Montreal's steak seasoning
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 stalk chopped green onion

In a large bowl I added diced potatoes, added dried ingredients, mixed well with a spoon. In a large non stick skillet I add 2 tablespoon olive oil on medium high heat cooked onion and garlic for about 4 minutes and then added potatoes, cook for 8 minutes stir so everything evens out. I also added some chopped Danish salami and usually would top with shredded cheese. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until potatoes are soft. Serve warm. My family loves this.
