Freshly baked homemade hamburger buns

My homemade chicken burger on my freshly baked hamburger buns with homemade potato chips. I love baking. It's so much fun especially baking with my kids.

In a saucepan on medium heat I warm 1 cup milk and 2 tablespoons margarine. Stir until it reached about 170 degrees F.

In a large bowl I combined 2 1/2 cups of flour, 1 package active dry yeast, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 teaspoon salt. Mixed well with a fork.

Then I poured in my warm milk and margarine mixture and mixed well with a spoon and added 1 egg.

Added more flour about 1/2 to 1 cup flour and mixed all ingredients well with my hands.

Formed dough into a large ball and covered for half hour until double size.

Half hour later. I knead dough on a floured surface and divided them into six pieces. Formed into ball shapes and placed on a greased baking sheet and flat the top with my hands.

Set and covered again for 40 minutes. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees F for about 10 minutes until golden.
Yummy delicious homemade hamburger buns.
