Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries
These are so delicious and addicting. I made cheesecake stuffed strawberries last night. I was saving these for my husband and I but instead my kids ate all of it. I didn't used Norwegian strawberries because they weren't in season. Norweigan strawberries taste sweeter but I used strawberries from Portugal. It wasn't the same but it'll do. I'm planning to make more during the weekend.
1 1/2 lbs fresh strawberries
1 cup Philidelphia cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
5 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoon orange juice
1 tablespoon vanila sugar
2 drops red food coloring
Rinse strawberries and cut around the tops. Remove the top and cleaned inside with a knife. Then mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Then fill in the fresh strawberries with the cheesecake filling. Enjoy :)
