My glazed recipe

I have not been updating my blog. I have been busy but I will try my best to update once a week. I have been making a lot of great dishes and fun sandwiches but I had no time to post. Next week is Norwegian Independence Day on May 17th. It's all about grilling just like July 4th. I will probably be making some grill beef sticks and grilled crispy chicken breast, and I was asked I should make my homemade coleslaw. That's what I might do.
Anyways this is one of my family's favorite. It's all about my glaze, glazed ham. It's a sweet tangy taste. There are different kinds of glaze that I make when I'm preparing roast ham, beef, chicken, etc.

1/2 cup Maine Maple Syrup or any real maple syrup. I always use my Maine one.
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon ketchup
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon seasoning sauce

2 1/2 kilo Danish smoked roast ham. (I bought my ham while in Sweden because it's much more affordable)

In a bowl mix and whisk all ingredients well. Use the glaze on smoke roast ham. The last half hour when the ham is almost done, brush the glaze all around and bake again in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for another 15-30 minutes. Remove from oven. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Served with steamed vegetables and boiled potatoes.
