Fresh strawberries + Cheesecake filling + Crumbled Graham Crackers = Heaven in your mouth.
I made these for myself for my Friday snack which I needed with what I went through this week. I had to make extras because I knew my family would love these. My husband said to me, " I would only have just one." Instead he had 5. Both my girls loved my cheesecake filling. My husband and I love cheesecake. We both agree Norwegian cheesecake can not beat American Cheesecake. It's not as sweet and honestly it taste bland.
Simple Cheesecake filling
1/2 cup Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
In a bowl mix all ingredients and whisk well with an electric whisk until smooth and fluffy. One at a time take fresh strawberries dip into the cheesecake filling and coat with very fine crumble Graham crackers. Serve with extra cheesecake filling as dip.
