Stuffed Croissant Muffins

During the weekend I had left over fresh chicken breast and thought why not make homemade stuff croissant muffins(stuffed with slowed cook BBQ/ranch/maple pull chicken). I made my own BBQ sauce combined with Maine maple syrup, little extra light brown sugar, and dried ranch seasoning. Now it's one of my family's favorite. I only made a dozen and perfect portion size. These stuff croissant muffins would go great for a family gathering. 

Chicken breast with sliced onions in a pot seasoned with Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, seasoning salt, a little old bay, crumbled bouillon, broth...... Slow cooked for 4 hours 
 After 4 hours shredded chicken, sliced more onions, and garlic.
 Homemade BBQ sauce with dried ranch dressing, maple syrup....
 In a cooking pan, cooked shredded chicken, onions, garilc, and sauce.
I stuffed my pull chicken in my dough pasty, then placed in my muffin maker. Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden. Served with side of salad and french fries.
