I'm so happy it's weekend but I know it's going to go by fast. It seem every time the weekend come it feels like what happen to Saturday. I guess it's the time zone 6 hour a head. Anyways I've made these sweet treat for my 3 kids and big kid (my husband) My husband is like a kid when I bake sweet treats.
Croissant berry cheesecake muffins. It's like a sweet pastry muffin. I made croissant pastry (knead, rolled, and shaped into small square) placed in my muffin maker. Filled in with cheesecake filling and topped with fresh chopped strawberry and fresh blueberries.

Taken out of the muffin maker and let cool for 8 minutes.
Then topped again with fresh blueberries and strawberry sauce.
Gooey in the inside(strawberry and cheesecake filling) when it's still warm. I haven't tried it. But the big kid (my husband) had. I noticed that another muffin was missing and the only one I knew who ate it was the big kid (my husband).
