Haven't slept at all. This is what happens when I drink a double shot Starbucks and a monster energy drink. I have been up since 5am Thursday and now it's Friday around 4:21am. I have been doing errands, preparing in my kitchen, then I had to go home take care of my kids while my husband took over my kantina for the day. He told me he had sold a lot of my homemade food.
With the extra energy I have, wanted to make my son a special lunch. He has been feeling down these past couple days. Just something to cheer him up and I think I might have over done it but it's all worth it to see his smile.
I have made my son a coconut palm tree made with fruits. Kiwi for the leaves, chopped almonds and mini chocolates for the coconuts, banana for the tree trunk, blueberries for the ocean, and half slice of orange for the sunset. I made his favorite Mario face sandwich and Mario stars.
