Blueberry pancakes with tyttebær cheesecake sauce

These are one of the most tastiest blueberry pancakes I've had made. It's quick and easy to make. I also made tyttebær cheesecake sauce to go with these pancakes which was a great combination.

My blueberry pancake shape as a heart. I used a cookie cutter heart shape.

Spread my tyttebær cheesecake sauce on top of blueberry pancake and layered another pancake.....

Sprinkled powder sugar on top

1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup sour cream
3/4 cup Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 cup tyttebær jam
2 teaspoon vanilla sugar

In a large bowl mix all ingredients, combined well. Left overs put in a container, covered, refrigerated for later use.
