Princess sandwich for my little princess

 One of my daughter's was feeling a little down. She asked me, "Mommy, what are you doing?" I said to her, I'm making you something girly for lunch. A smile on her face and she said, Yay!" (with that little cute voice of her) She has this Norwegian/English accent which is so adorable to listen.

So I made her a princess sandwich made with ham, cheddar cheese, nori, and mayonnaise over salad and bread She was very happy and I just love seeing her smile.
