Lightning McQueen

This is my son's lunch box. He is a huge fan of Disney Pixar Cars. He has so much cars t-shirts, toys, movies, etc. 

For his surprise I made him Lightning McQueen open face sandwich.

I used 2 slices of Pågen bread, shaped into cars. I used Danish red salami for the body, cheese slices for the windows, mouth, and other details, cucumber slices for the wheels, and black olives for his eyes. Served with homemade pasta salad.
